What is your return and exchange policy?
Products may be returned for exchange, refund or store
credit within thirty (30) days of the order being shipped. No product may be returned
without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Which items may be returned?
Items that have been damaged, worn or soiled will not
be accepted. Clothing tags must be intact. Engraved coins, swords and custom-printed
products cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. Books, DVD’s and/or
CD’s must be returned unopened.
What if an item is defective or incorrect?
Contact us and we will make it right. In the rare
case that your shipment contains a defective or incorrect item, we will ship you a replacement at
no charge and credit the cost of any return shipping charges.
