Customer Service Representative

Position Description
Two part time positions, not benefits eligible. One morning shift and one afternoon shift. Monday through Friday. On-the-job training provided. Answering the phone, taking orders, answering questions about product, trouble shooting errors, solving issues, answering email. Primary contact for online store.

Outreach Programs and Volunteers Coordinator

Position Description
Full-time position, benefits eligible. Responsible for communications with and record keeping for over 100 volunteers around the United States. Assist volunteer managers with coordination of outreach programs on the east and west coast. Maintaining database of accurate information on resources, volunteers, and program outreach. Coordinate and manage the Team Marine Parents fundraising initiative. Coordinate events and activities related to the Luminary Initiative and other outreach programs. Coordinate Marine Corps Marathon Charity Partner events and activities. Plan and attend exhibits for outreach programs, Team Marine Parents and all other exhibits.

Requirements

  • Past or present experience in some capacity with military and/or military lifestyle is desirable.
  • Past or present experience working with volunteers is desirable.

Warrior Support Team Program Coordinator

Position Description
Full-time position, benefits eligible. Responsible for coordinating events and activities with combat veterans and peer mentors in the peer mentoring program of the Warrior Support Team, an outreach program of MarineParents.com, Inc. Applicant ust be a combat veteran with combat action ribbon post 9/11 and honorable discharge from military service. Responsible for dissemination of WST Reintegration Bags to combat veterans around the country.

Requirements

  • Combat Veteran, post 9/11 with Honorable Discharge and Combat Action Ribbon.
  • Personal experience with Combat Recovery and/or Post Traumatic Stress.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or coursework in Psychology or Human Services is preferable.
  • Ability to communicate well with other combat veterans.

Quality Control Clerk

Position Description
Part-time positions, not benefits eligible. Responsible for proofing shirt designs prior to pressing, matching garments with design, stocking blank items in the production room, final quality control check, tagging and folding finished product.

Printer Operator

Position Description
Part-time position, not benefits eligible. Responsible for reading order, highlighting orders, and using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to prepare print copy by design number for product. Responsible for independently determining appropriate size of prints based on clothing/item size. Responsible for creating custom text to match designs, and printing and matching print copy to orders.
